Raiza does bartending like they does rock & roll — bold, real, and unapologetic. They mixes drinks with soul, speaks her truth, and owns her space.
If mixology were a music genre, it would be rock & roll — not just because it blends styles like blues, gospel, jazz, and R&B, but because it’s shaped generations of artists who created something entirely new. Rock isn’t just music played by the greats; it’s a way of life. It’s had a huge social impact across time, with songs that became generational anthems. There are rock hits that feel like classic cocktails, timeless, iconic, never out of style. And honestly, what’s better than sipping a cocktail while listening to your favorite rock album?
They’d tell their younger self: speak without fear and always say what you think and feel. Learn to say no. Equality doesn’t fully exist in this industry yet, it’s still a work in progress. And frustration will only lead to disappointment.

For me, bartending is indie music. Stripped back, nostalgic, and a little unexpected. I like things to be playful but straight to the point, with clean flavours. No overcomplications, just solid drinks with a bit of personality.
I would tell myself not to plan things too ahead, life is complicated and will surprise you. Try to enjoy your youth without pushing too much as responsibilities will catch onto you faster than you know it. And maybe sleep a little more and drink a little less.

Argentine bartender with global experience and a lot of heart. Ema mixes creativity, rhythm, and roots into every cocktail, always bringing his own spark behind the bar.
Cumbia just feels like me. It’s fun, loose, full of rhythm, perfect for getting into the shake (or as we say, el agite). Sometimes it’s romantic, sometimes wild, but always full of energy. And honestly, some of the musicians behind it are insanely talented, way more than people expect. What I love most is that it’s for everyone. Whether you’ve got money or not, cumbia hits the same.
I’d tell him: not everything that shines is gold, just enjoy the ride. If you’re good at what you do, things will come. Go after what you want, and trust that it’ll happen. That’s it, simple as that :)

From Argentina to Ibiza, Lara blends precision with passion. She’s driven, curious, and always pushing for something new with elegance and edge in every pour.
If bartending had a soundtrack, mine would definitely be electronic music. Living and working in Ibiza, that beat is all around me, it’s part of the energy I bring into every drink. Electronic is always changing, always experimenting, and that’s exactly how I see mixology. I’m constantly mixing things up, trying new ingredients, new ideas, finding that perfect balance between creativity, precision, and connection. That’s what it’s all about.
If I could talk to the younger me just starting out as a bartender, I’d say:
Don’t be so hard on yourself, practice and patience are everything. It’s okay if things don’t go perfectly at first, just keep going and keep learning. Remember, bartending is a community: learn from others, and don’t be afraid to share what you know. And most importantly, you’re just as capable and talented as any man in this industry. Don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise. Trust yourself and don’t be afraid to take the lead. This world needs more strong, talented women like you.
